I found out on a Friday night that I was going to lose my cat Rayna who had been a part of my family for close to 17 years. I called on Saturday morning and spoke with Angela, I was having a lot of difficulty navigating the whole process of making arrangements for my girl. Angela not only helped me make arrangements for Rayna with them but she looked up 2 vets that were close to the Woodbine location to recommend to me since our regular vet was unable to accommodate us. I can honestly say that speaking with Angela was the compassion and understanding I needed to make so many difficult decisions. We lost Rayna that Monday and when we dropped her off, Wendy was so incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to pick Rayna back up the next day from Jordan, who was also extremely kind and compassionate. The level of service that they provided is unparalleled and I don't believe I would have made it through the process of arranging my girl's final arrangements if it hadn't been for Angela, Wendy, and Jordan.
